Telegrammi da Parigi, Londra e Roma continuano a comunicare l’allarme provocato in tutta Europa dalla decisione di reintrodurre il servizio militare in Germania. I Governi dei tre Stati citati hanno iniziato a consultarsi sull’atteggiamento da tenere nei confronti della Germania a questo proposito.
